Chris A. Bolton lives in a house inside a cemetery in Portland, Oregon. His short stories have been published in Odin, Morgana le Fay, and Loki collections from Flame Tree Press, Portland Noir, and ParABNormal Magazine. His short film "Evil F—ing Clowns" won Exceptional Horror Comedy at the 2023 Portland Horror Film Festival and has played in film festivals worldwide. His screenplays have won the ScreenCraft Horror and Animation contests, and he wrote the all-ages graphic novels Smash: Trial by Fire and Smash: Fearless (Candlewick Press).

His literary agent is Danielle Marshall of the Jane Rotrosen Agency.
